  • The Terrific Twelve

    The Custom Collection Special features a unique pickup wiring for an extreme tonal variety. The usual pickup selector switch is wired to the bridge and neck pickups, while a third single-coil pickup is set between them that can be toggled on and off. Add in the ability to coil-split either humbucker independently, and you have a full twelve tone options to pick from, covering any style or genre you want to play.

    Built Special

    Our Special body style, most known from our Hybrid series, has been a longtime favorite with players that prioritize playability. A semi-hollow thinline design makes the guitar lightweight, while set-in neck and contoured body make it comfortable to hold. The Modern C neck profile and an aggressive cutaway complete the build, making for an extremely playable guitar.
